Some of life's most cherished occasions aren't weddings — they're the birthdays that mark decades, the anniversaries that feel like coming home, the family reunions that bring everyone together, and the quiet corporate retreats or showers that deserve a beautiful setting.
At The OT Farms, we welcome these private celebrations with the same warm, personal hospitality we extend to every guest. Our 80-acre countryside setting offers flexible indoor and outdoor spaces and room to gather at your own pace.
Private Event Pricing
Simple pricing,
for meaningful gatherings.
Choose the day and guest count that fit your event. Private event rentals are available in two five-hour time blocks: 10am–3pm or 4pm–9pm.
Weekdays
Monday - Thursday
- Under 100 Guests$500
- 100–200 Guests$750
Weekends
Friday - Sunday
- Under 100 Guests$750
- 100–200 Guests$1,000
What's Included
- Setup of tables and chairs
- Black table linens
- Access to the prep kitchen
- Two bars with metal drink troughs
- Access to restrooms
- Large barn doors that open to the outdoors
- Access to the outdoor grounds and reception hall
- Reservations open 120 days prior to the event date
- Setup and teardown must be completed within the five-hour rental window
- Clients are responsible for initial cleanup of the event space
