When you book The OT Farms for your wedding, you receive a thoughtfully curated experience designed to give you time, flexibility, and support.

Time for Setup & Rehearsal

Our weekend packages include up to two days on the property — plenty of time for setup and rehearsal, followed by your ceremony and reception. This gives you and your vendors the breathing room to create something special without rushing.

Tables & Chairs for Up to 275 Guests

We provide tables and chairs for both your ceremony and reception. Your team sets them up, and our staff handles final cleanup afterward so you can enjoy the moment.

Catering & Bar Support

The Reception Hall includes a dedicated prep area for your caterer, flexible space for a bar setup, and freedom to choose your own caterer. We’re also happy to share our vendor list for teams familiar with the property.

Vendor Flexibility

You’re free to bring the vendors you love. We provide a recommended vendor list but never require you to use specific companies.

On-Site Support

Our team is here the day of your event to assist with vendor logistics, answer questions about power, parking, and layout, and help everything run smoothly.
