The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day package of access with every weekend rental allows sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.
With the typical weekend rental you can begin decorating at 10 a.m. on your Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. Day 2 is your day, and bridal party guests may begin arriving at 10 a.m. to prepare for the big day. Enjoy your ceremony and reception without the hassle of trying to clean it all up, as our staff will clean up once the event is over. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus more on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of what we offer to maximize your event potential.
All rentals include tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception.

Two Day Rental
(Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday)
Day 1: Setup & Rehearsal
Day 2: Wedding Ceremony & Reception
- Setup & decorating beginning at 10:00 am on Day 1
- Rehearsal and dinner may take place at venue on Day 1
- Ceremony and Reception 6.5 hour event max on Day 2
- Clean up of personal items by 12 am
Suites for Bride/Bridesmaids and Groom/Groomsman to dress and prepare for the big day
Tables and chairs included for indoor ceremony/reception guests

The staff at OT FARMS are here to help as much as possible the day of your event. We will answer any questions your vendors have regarding directly with the farm, electricity, water, parking ect.. We are NOT a wedding planner service, we do highly recommend hiring someone to do this for you so your day is enjoyable as possible. If you would like recommendations please see our vendor list.
